The Lizard Cookie is a pet summoning item dropped by several rocky enemies. It summons a chibi Lizzy to follow the player. Any NPC, except bosses and ones immune to damage, will be afflicted with the Lovestruck debuff while being near Lizzy. If the player gets near King Slayer III while he's sitting in his chair, Lizzy will sleep on his head. Additionally, the pet's appearance will change while any boss is active, while in the Wasteland biome and during Christmas.

Notes
- If the player is named "Liz", "Lizzy" or "Elizabeth", the player will recieve this item upon spawning.
