The Heart Insignia is a Pre-Hardmode accessory dropped by The Keeper in Expert Mode. When equipped it causes picked up Hearts to give the player the Heart Rush buff for 3 seconds, which increases life regeneration by 6. Additionally, the item increases the player's Shadow and Blood Elemental damage and resistance by 15%.

History

  • 0.8: Changed tooltip.
    Added a duplication value.
    Decreased sell price from 1 Gold to 20 Silver.
    No longer grants 75% of life back and the Heart Rush buff for 30 seconds upon respawning.
    Added new effects.
