The Moonflare Candle is a craftable furniture item can be placed or held to prevent a Graveyard mini-biome from generating, and emits a low amount of light. Moonflare Candles can only be placed on platforms and flat furniture items like Work Benches and Tables.

The Moonflare Candle buff disables any effects of the Graveyard biome, including Ecto Mist crafting, visual effects, and unique enemy spawns. The buff is applied to any players holding or standing within a rectangular area of 170×125 tiles centered on a Moonflare Candle.

Placed Moonflare Candles can be shut off by pressing the ⚷ Open / Activate button on them, and will toggle when activated via wiring. Moonflare Candles that are turned off will not activate the Moonflare Candle buff.
