Heavy Radiation is a debuff inflicted while being in the Wasteland during the rain. It is a stronger version of Radioactive Fallout, heavily decreasing damage, defense and movement speed, while also having a damage over time effect. The player can become immune to this debuff by equipping HEV Suit or any of the Hazmat Suits.
