The Radiation Pill is a consumable item that can be obtained from Laboratory Cabinets or found on top of Lab desks as placed objects. It can also be purchased from the Friendly T-Bot after defeating all Mechanical Bosses or creating a Wasteland.

Its main purpose is to cure the player from radiation poisoning. Upon use, the player's radiation level will begin decreasing for 1 minute, unless it's already at 300% or higher. The speed at which the level is decreased is determined by the current radiation level: -2.5/s when at 200% or higher, -5/s when below 200%, and -20/s when below 100%. Additionally, using this item will always inflict the Pill Sickness debuff, which prevents the use of additional Radiation Pills and reduces the player's vision, and will inflict the Weak debuff if used when the player's radiation level is between 100% and 300%. Both of these debuffs will be inflicted for a random amount of time between 1 and 2 minutes.
