The Forbidden Ritual is a Pre-Hardmode summoning item that can be found in the shrine to the left of the Surface Portal. When used, it summons the Palebat Imp. It can only be used once the player has 140 or more max hp.

Using this item for the first time will damage the player. Damage dealt is based on player's current hp and cannot exceed 70.

Notes

• Only 1 Forbidden Ritual exists in a world. If the player somehow loses it, there is no way to obtain it again without using another world or external methods.
