The Medic Kit is a Post-Moon Lord permanent power-up item that increases the player's maximum life. It can only be used once, and only after the player has consumed 20 Life Fruits. There is another item that functions identically to this: Galaxy Heart. It is the first of these to be obtainable following progression. With both the Medic Kit and Galaxy Heart, the player's base maximum life is capped at 600.

Notes

• While this item is intended to be used before the Galaxy Heart, it can be used after. Consuming the Galaxy Heart first will change hearts into those of Medic Kit and consuming the Medic Kit afterwards will change the hearts into galaxy ones.
