0.8.0.4043 made improvements to the world generation, as well as reimplemented a few changes from 0.8.0.4002-0.8.0.4006 updates that were accidentally rolled back in the 1.4.4 port.
Changes
- Decreased damage reduction of Guard Points for Angry Bones, Armored Skeleton, Armored Viking, Blue Armored Bones, Rusty Armored Bones, and Hell Armored Bones from 75% to 65%
- Increased damage Calavia takes from breaking her shield from 200 -> 500.
- Focal point of Calavia and Spirit Stranger's cutscene is Calavia to remove the slight up and down motion.
- Extended time Calavia has damage reduction for sparing from 3 -> 4 seconds.
- Minions will no longer target Calavia during sparing.
- Daerel now sells the Silver Rapier.
- Added a line to Mythril's Bane's lore tooltip.
- Increased duration of Dawn Herald's rooster buff to 3 seconds.
- Nest Wand chickens have increased throw speed while in the radius of the Dawn Herald's rooster.
- Spirit Tombs that take >500 attempts to place will now show the amount of attempts on the generation screen and they now have a failsafe of ignoring the check for stone or dirt tiles after 2000 attempts.
- Added subtext to "Thinking with portals" during world generation.
- Improved Surface Portal world gen.
- Hammer Bonus additionally ignores the knockback immunity from Guard Points.
- Resprited Nanoswarmer, Cantrip Staff, Bronze Wand, and Log Staff.
Fixes
- Fixed Calavia's ice mist applying the Pure Chill debuff for a single frame upon Calavia becoming a friendly NPC.
- Fixed floating pieces of trees near Nature Shrine and Surface Portal.
