Masks are vanity items that are dropped by most of the bosses added in Mod of Redemption, along with a few mini bosses. Each boss has a 14.29% chance to drop its own mask, unless otherwise specified.

The Skull Digger Mask and Eaglecrest Cowl have a 100% chance of dropping from their respective minibosses instead of the usual 14.29% chance.

• If the player wears the King Slayer III Mask, it will trigger a unique quote while talking to the NPC version of King Slayer III.
• The Nebuleus Mask is a part of the Nebuleus set.
