The Rit Spirit is an item that is instantly consumed upon being picked up, which will increase the player's Spirit Gauge by 5. 1-2 Rit Spirits will be produced with a 33.33% (1/3) chance when striking an enemy with any Ritualist dagger.
The Soul Skewer additionally has a 50% (1/2) chance to drop tiny Rit Spirits that increase the Spirit Gauge by 2 instead.
