The Fool is a Pre-Hardmode Town NPC that will spawn once the following conditions have been met:
- Destroying the dirt mound found below the Surface Portal in a dirt cave.
After Nebuleus, Angel of the Cosmos has been defeated, he will have different dialogue and different sprite. He will also leave shortly afterward.
When threatened by enemies, he will defend himself with the Dirt Rod.
