Avoid the Janitor. He's a very messed up and scary bot. Don't get on his bad side.

The Janitor is a Hardmode Miniboss. He is found in the first room of the Abandoned Lab after going through the vents. The Janitor will leap around the arena, randomly alternating between three attacks. The attacks are as follows:

• Throw a fast Mop at the player. If the mop hits him, it will briefly stun him and reduce his Guard Points to 0.
• Throw a slow, bouncing Mop at the player. If the mop hits him, it will briefly stun him and reduce his Guard Points to 0.
• Throws a bouncing, gravity-affected Bucket that fires out Water, which inflicts the Wet debuff. If the Janitor lands on a part of the floor that the bucket has recently splashed water onto, he will slip and become stunned for a short time.

The Janitor normally has maxed out Guard Points, making most weapons deal 1 damage to him. However, if he hits himself with his own mop his Guard Points will drop to 0, as well as deal significant damage to himself. Additionally, Psychic weapons may be used to bypass his Guard Points without needing to stun him first.

While The Janitor is alive, the music Safety Violation will play.

• "There's this one copper-haired bot that I can recall, who works as the crane operator in the Mech Storage room. I don't know that much about her, but her design is a little peculiar. Not that she's more feminine, but the hair... Why tho'?"

• "Don't you dare go into Sector Zero, that place is absolutely filled with the impossible-to-remove black slime! And I don't want ye to bring that stuff here for me to try to pry off the steel plating of the lab! Takes ages."

• "Respect Girus and she will learn to respect you. Quite sure I'll get a change of a job after 2 centuries of cleaning the lab after the... Incident. Don't ask me 'bout it, I was activated AFTER it happened."
