The Sickly Wolf is a Hardmode enemy found in the Snow Wasteland. It behaves similarly to a Wolf, running at the player and dealing contact damage.

  • The BestiaryBestiary entry for the Sickly Wolf: "Living in a snowy wasteland isn't easy, as this starving, rabid lupine shows us. Most of its prey has been killed by the radioactivity in the area, and the carcasses aren't safe to eat anymore."
