The Hazmat Ghost is a friendly NPC found by using the Dead Ringer on the hazmat corpse in the Abandoned Laboratory. Pressing Right Click on the corpse without the Dead Ringer will grant the player a Hazmat Suit and will change the corpse's appearance.

Trivia
- The Hazmat Ghost was planned to give Crux Card: Hazmat Zombie to the player, but the idea was ultimately scrapped. The item still exists in the game and remains unobtainable.
- Unlike the case with Epidotran spirits, Dead Ringer only replays Liden ghosts' last memories, without the ability to hold a conversation with them, which is the reason why the Hazmat Ghost cannot grant a Crux Card.
