The Bloodstained Pike is a craftable Hardmode spear. When held out, if the pike is charged into weak enemies, it will skewer them and hold them onto the pike. If 5 enemies are skewered or less then 5 are skewered for 10 seconds, all skewered enemies will be killed and the pike will become enchanted, fly around on its own and attacking enemies.
Its best modifier is Godly.

- The skewering does not work on enemies with more than 500 health, enemies with a height or width larger than 100 and any enemy with knockback immunity, including bosses.
