The Ukon Runo is a post-Moon Lord summon weapon dropped by Ukko. It summons an Ukkonen that will hover over the closest enemy and pour heavy rain on them, dealing Water damage. Hitting an enemy with a whip will cause all summoned Ukkonen minions to strike that enemy with lightning, dealing Thunder damage and inflicting Electrified.
Its best modifier is Ruthless. The Mythical modifier provides the widest array of stats bonuses, but these primarily affect the initial summon rather than the resulting minion. Additionally, minions cannot deal critical hits. The only significant advantage a Mythical weapon has over a Ruthless one is knockback.
