The Ukon Runo in use.

The Ukon Runo is a post-Moon Lord summon weapon dropped by Ukko. When used, it summons an Ukkonen minion that will hover over the nearest enemy and pour heavy rain on them, which can pierce up to 4 times. Hitting an enemy with a whip will cause all active Ukkonen minions to strike that enemy with lightning, dealing 25% of base damage and inflicting the Electrified debuff. The lightning strike has a 0.33 second cooldown before it can occur again.

Its best modifier is Ruthless. The Mythical modifier provides the widest array of stats bonuses, but these primarily affect the initial summon rather than the resulting minion. Additionally, minions cannot deal critical hits. The only significant advantage a Mythical weapon has over a Ruthless one is knockback.
