Lore | 'A staff made from the King's Oak - a great lone tree housing the souls of Timbervalley's past and present monarchs. The wellbeing of oak and king are connected as one, grounding their emotion and vigour within the roots of the Kingdom; a bottomless well of strength for all who walk and grow. Dancing orbs of lights are often witnessed coming and going from the tree, said to be the embodiment of ardour between nature and man. These are known by many bames - Faes, Fairies, Pixies - and are the companions of Forest Nymphs.' |

Nature Pixie |
The King's Oak Staff is a craftable Pre-Hardmode summon weapon. It summons a Nature Pixie that dashes at enemies and occasionally shouts, inflicting Confused. This item is a requirement to obtaining the Forest Nymph's trust and starting her questline.
Its best modifier is Ruthless. The Mythical modifier provides the widest array of stats bonuses, but these primarily affect the initial summon rather than the resulting minion. Additionally, minions cannot deal critical hits. The only significant advantage a Mythical weapon has over a Ruthless one is knockback.

Notes
- In order to obtain the trust of a Forest Nymph when using this item, a Nature Pixie must be summoned close by and the player must have positive Alignment.
- If the player has killed a Treebark Dryad, then +3 alignment is required in order to initiate the interaction.
Trivia
- The Nature Pixie's voicelines are a reference to the character Navi from The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time.
