The Cursed Grass Blade is a Pre-Hardmode Sword dropped by Thorn, Bane of the Forest with a 1/3 chance. When slaying an enemy, 2-3 seeds will burst from it and sprout into stationary brambles, dealing Poison damage.
Its best modifier is Legendary.
Tips
- This weapon performs excellently against events such as the Goblin Invasion, due to its effect activating upon killing enemies and allowing it to target large groups of enemies at once.
Notes
- It can be considered the Good Route alternative to Bindeklinge, with the latter also being a true melee sword dropped by Erhan, Anglonic High Priest, the Bad Route alternative to Thorn.
- Bindeklinge is usually considered the superior option in most scenarios, with its on-crit projectiles allowing it to combat both crowds and single targets with much more consistency.
