The Steam-Cog Minigun is a craftable post-Moon Lord gun. Holding the attack button will crank the gun. When the button is released or after holding the button for 1.5 seconds, the weapon will begin to fire a barrage of bullets. The duration of the barrage is equal to double the time the attack button was held for. Continuing to hold the attack button during the barrage will keep cranking the weapon but will reduce the player's horizontal velocity by 90%. Additionally, Steam-Cog Minigun has a 66.67% chance not to consume bullets and converts normal bullets into High Velocity Bullets.

Its best modifier is Unreal.
