The Noble's Halberd in use.

The Noble's Halberd is a craftable Pre-Hardmode melee weapon that also drops from Skeleton Nobles. When used, it will slam the halberd down in front of the player and move them forward a little. Holding the attack button will keep the weapon above the player's head, allowing to release it at any point. Its ⚷ Open / Activate will thrust the halberd towards the cursor, much like a normal spear, rapidly dealing 34% of the weapon's damage.

Its best modifier is Godly.
