The Soul Scepter is a wand that is dropped by The Keeper with a 1/3 (33.3%) chance. Holding the attack button summons a Soul Charge that orbits the player's cursor. Soul Charges can pierce infinitely and can go through blocks, but are massively slowed down while inside solid tiles. The initial use of Soul Scepter will consume 10 mana, with continuous use draining 18 mana per second (3 mana 6 times per second). Every 2 seconds, an additional Soul Charge will be summoned, up to a maximum of 4, with every subsequent Soul Charge costing 50% more mana than the last.
Its best modifier is Mythical.
