The Soul Scepter is a Pre-Hardmode wand dropped by The Keeper with a 1/3 chance. On use, it summons large orbiting soul-charges that loosely follow the cursor. Unlike other weapons of its type, holding down left-click will gradually summon more soul-charges, up to 4 maximum.
Its best modifier is Mythical.
