Spellsong, Core of the West is a craftable Hardmode sword. Holding the attack button will perform a combo that consists of 3 swings, with each swing firing an Arcane Wave at the cursor. Arcane Waves can pierce 5 times and ignore tiles. After the third swing, Spellsong will pause at the apex, shooting a non-damaging beam from its tip that generates 3 Spellsong Mirages that launch towards the cursor. Spellsong Mirages deal 50% damage, ignore tiles, and can only deal damage once.

Its best modifier is Godly.
