The Pihlajasauva is a Post-Moon Lord summon weapon that droms from Akka. On use it summons a Rowan Tree sentry that increases minion damage by 8% and gives minions a 10% chance to drop Rowan Berries upon hitting enemies.

- While it doesn't deal any damage on its own, it still counts as a sentry and consumes 1 sentry slot.
