The Swarmer Cannon is a post-Moon Lord gun dropped by Patient Zero. It converts normal bullets into Bile Bullets. While holding down the fire button, a hive cyst will grow inside of the weapon. Releasing the button when the cyst is fully grown will fire it. Fully grown hive cyst will track the nearest target, dealing Posion damage and inflicting Glowing Pustules.
Its best modifier is Unreal.
