The Diseased Meatball in use.
The Diseased Meatball is a craftable summon weapon that can also be dropped by Seed of Infection. When used, it summons a Cystling that latches onto the nearest enemy and rapidly deals damage to them.
Its best modifier is Ruthless. The Mythical modifier provides the widest array of stats bonuses, but these primarily affect the initial summon rather than the resulting minion. Additionally, minions cannot deal critical hits. The only significant advantage a Mythical weapon has over a Ruthless one is knockback.
