The Suspicious Egg is a consumable ranged weapon that has a 0.01% (1/1000) chance to be produced by a Chicken Coop. When used, it throws an egg that spawns the Moon Lord upon impact with a block.

Tips

• This item can be used as an alternative method of summoning and fighting the Moon Lord as early as the very beginning of a playthrough. If the player somehow manages to defeat the Moon Lord early in the game, they can bypass most of the progression up until the start of post-Moon Lord territory.
  • This item also allows the player to summon more than one Moon Lord at a time.

• The sound effect upon impact with a tile is taken directly from The Big Bang Theory series, being a signature phrase of Sheldon Cooper.
