The Pocket Sans is a craftable consumable Hardmode weapon. Upon use, it throws out a strange skull that aggressively homes in on nearby enemies. The skull lasts for 10 seconds before disappearing. Although it only deals 1 damage every few seconds, it also inflicts the sans debuff, which reduces the enemy's velocity by 60% every frame, deals 2000 damage per second, and inflicts the Confused debuff.
