The Taikasauva is a Hardmode wand sold by the Wizard. When used, it fires a random spell. Each spell can only be cast a certain amount of times before the wand switches to another random spell. The number of remaining spell casts is visible above the player when firing.

Its best modifier is Mythical.

• This item is a reference to the videogame Noita.
  • Having the weapon in the inventory and dying will result in a unique death sound, taken directly from Noita.
  • Unlike Noita, none of the spells can hurt the player or destroy tiles.
• "Taikasauva" means "magic wand" in Finnish.
• Currently, this weapon possesses the largest amount of elemental bonuses out of any weapon, albeit being spread over different spells.
