The Pulse Blade in use.

The Pulse Blade is a craftable Hardmode magic weapon. When used, it fires a Kinetic Slash that deals no damage. Holding the attack button will increase the projectile's size by 20% up to 5 times. Pressing Open / Activate will instead launch a harmless Kinetic Plasma Mine that can bounce off tiles and will quickly decelerate. Up to 8 Kinetic Plasma Mines can exist at a time.

Hitting a Kinetic Plasma Mine with a Kinetic Slash will propel them in the Slash's direction. The Plasma Mines' damage starts at 100% base damage and is increased by 100% per Kinetic Slash's charge level, maxing out at 600% of base damage. Their base launch velocity of 9 is also increased by 5 per Slash's charge level. Kinetic Plasma Mines will leave a Kinetic Explosion upon hitting an enemy or a tile, dealing 33.33% of the Mine's damage 4 times before dissipating.

Its best modifier is Mythical.
