The Bloated Face Monster is a Hardmode enemy found in the Crimson Wasteland. Initially it alternates between being idle and wandering around. Upon spotting the player, it will become aggressive, running towards them and dealing contact damage. Upon getting near the player, a Bloated Face Monster can perform a roar attack, launching Screech projectiles in a horizontal line that deal no damage but inflict Confused and Obstructed debuffs.
